Business and Commercial Litigation/Collection Matters - Mr. Hemmerle represents businesses and individuals in litigation involving business disputes, contractual disputes and collection issues.

Landlord and Tenant - Mr. Hemmerle represents landlords and tenants in a variety of residential and commercial matters, including eviction proceedings, disputes over lease agreements, and preparation of residential and commercial leases.

Business and Corporate Law - Mr. Hemmerle represents individuals and businesses in the formation of corporate and other types of organizational entities, preparation of agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, and funding for businesses.

Real Estate - Mr. Hemmerle represents and assists individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate. As part of his real estate practice Mr. Hemmerle offers title insurance services to his clients.

Construction Law - Mr. Hemmerle represents and assists owners, contractors, materialmen and developers in various aspects of the construction process including contract negotiation and formation, contract performance, financing and warranty issues, mechanics and materialmen liens, claims and dispute resolution, mechanics lien foreclosures, and litigation.

Family and Divorce Law - Mr. Hemmerle represents parties involved in divorce litigation involving issues such as alimony, child support, equitable distribution, custody, shared parental responsibility, and visitation. Mr. Hemmerle also advises clients in the preparation of marital settlement agreements and antenuptial agreements.

Probate, Wills and Trusts - Mr. Hemmerle represents clients in Probate Court and in the administration of probate estates.  He also prepares wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.
