Kenneth V. Hemmerle, II, Attorney at Law has been engaged in the private practice of law for over 30 years. His office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida within just a few minutes of the State and Federal Courts as well as various State and Federal Administrative Agencies in downtown Fort Lauderdale, including the downtown campuses of Broward College and Florida Atlantic University.

He represents and advises clients in personal injury litigation, business and commercial litigation, landlord and tenant matters, business and corporate law, real estate, construction law, family and divorce law, and probate matters, including wills and trusts.

As a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Hemmerle is authorized to practice in all of the courts in the State of Florida. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Hemmerle provided volunteer pro bono services as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Family Law Section of the Guardian Ad Litem Program of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida for 15 years. These services consisted primarily of representing children whose parents were involved in contested divorce cases and reporting and making recommendations to the court on custody, visitation and shared parental responsibility.
