Business and Corporate Law – The firm represents individuals and businesses in the formation of corporate and other types of organizational entities, preparation of agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, and funding for businesses.

Family and Divorce Law – The firm represents parties involved in divorce litigation involving issues such as alimony, child support, equitable distribution, custody, shared parental responsibility, and time sharing. Mr. Hemmerle also advises clients in the preparation of marital settlement agreements and prenuptial agreements.
